Navigate to the Settings page, which appears on the left panel.

In the left panel, choose the Channels option. This will display additional choices such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twilio.

Click on Facebook to display the screen that prompts the user to integrate and connect the Facebook pages.

Click on ADD PAGES . This will open a dialog box prompting the user to go through the login process and select and add Facebook pages.

Authenticate the account by using valid Facebook account credentials.

Click on Edit Previous Settings.

Select the Facebook pages to be integrated with CRM and click Continue to proceed.

Click on Save to save and proceed with the settings.

Finally, click Got it to complete the process.

Great! Pages have been integrated with CRM, which can be activated by selecting Connect Page.

Navigate to the Users screen to assign Facebook pages to the users.

Click on View details.

Activate the Edit Info mode.

Select the pages for the assignment and click on Save to save the settings
