Navigate to the Settings page, which appears on the left panel.

In the left panel, choose the Channels option. This will display additional choices such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twilio.

Click on Whatsapp to display the screen that prompts the user to integrate and connect the Facebook pages.

Click on Connect to Whatsapp .This will open the dialog prompt for the process.

Authenticate the account by using valid Facebook account credentials.

Click on Continue as [user name].

Click on Get Started to start the process.

Create the business portfolio, fill in relevant information, and click on Next to proceed.

Create or select the WhatsApp business account and WhatsApp business portfolio, and click on Next to proceed.
